Not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days of receipt, you have the option to return the product(s).

For returns outside the Netherlands, the return costs to our address will be charged to the customer.

When your return arrives at our warehouse, it is first checked. Once the return is checked and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Return Policy
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving the shipment if the following conditions are met:

1) Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear.

2) The label must not have been removed.

3) The items must be in their original packaging.

*Note: if your return does not comply with our return policy, we will notify you by email and return the goods to you without a refund.
